Living with CFS or fibromyalgia is often complicated by the presence of additional medical problems. Many people with CFS also have FM, and vice versa. Also, there are other conditions that are often found together with CFS and FM. (See list below.) 

In addition, people with CFS and FM experience medical conditions common to aging, such as arthritis, back problems, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.
